Back on the top of his ladder!

When Tim contacted us he was so anxious that his referral had to be completed by his brother. Since then, his keyworker has supported Tim throughout Covid pandemic and helped him grow in confidence.

Tim made continued development and growth and this spurred him on to actively seek employment after losing a job he had been in for over 10 years.

Motiv8's Employability Team supported Tim with interviews and applications and this has led to him successfully securing a new role as a college cleaner, and although he had butterflies in his stomach on his first shift, he really enjoyed himself.

Tim said: 'When I started with Motiv8 my confidence was just smashed. Now I'm back at the top of my ladder and I'm planning to stay here.'
